Pistachio Crisps

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
These should be renamed to Pistachio Crumbles. I made half the recipe and I'm glad I did. They taste alright.

Surprisingly delicious! I've never really been a big fan of meatloaf but this was great. My 2year old loved it!

Old Fashion Molasses Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
Looked a little iffy at first in the bread machine. I had to add almost another cup of flour to get it to gather into a ball. I had some pretty big lumps in it too so I unplugged the machine and put it through another dough cycle. Divided in half and let rise one hour in a double baguette pan. Baked up wonderful and tasted delicious! Phew!

Barbie Doll Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
Instead of using a boxed mix I substituted Heavenly White Cake from this site. Also made Creamy Frosting. My little girl loved it. I've never made anything like this before and was thrilled that it turned out so great.

Heavenly White Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
I used this recipe to bake a Barbie birthday cake ( the one with the doll in the middle, the cake is the dress) and it turned out fantastic. My husband even asked if I had bought the cake at a bakery- he thought it was delicious!

Crustless Bacon and Cheese Quiche

I reduced this to the 4 serving recipe. I also used sliced button and Bella mushrooms. Added chooped steamed asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes. DEE-LICIOUS!

Bread Machine Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
I told my husband we were having dinner rolls the other night and he evidently assumed they would be the bland "brown & serve" ones from the supermarket. I served these fresh from the oven with butter. After just one bite he looked up and asked, "Where did you get these?" I explained that I made them. He's still talking about how delicious they were! Two hands full of thumbs up!!!

FANTASTIC! I also made these and added shredded mild & sharp cheddar cheeses to the dough. Sprinkled cheddar mix on top before baking. FABULOUS!
