Mexican Style Shredded Pork

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2012
GOOD STUFF, this was excellent. However, I did take some suggestions from some previous reviews. I used an entire beer, a half of an onion, cuman, lime juice, an extra can of peppers, and chilli powder. Now I could not find chipotle sauce, so I took the canned with adoba and made my own using the entire can. I was afraid it was going to be to hot but it was Great, I will make this again.

Corn Dogs

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2011
I dusted the hot dogs with corn starch and they came out GREAT!!! I cant uderstand why people are haveing problems with this recipe. It works great just follow the directions and if you like sweet and extra sugar, but they are great just the way they are.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
Loved them, I did not have my normal incomplete pancake mix so I referred to this recipe. I added vanilla and extra milk ( a little thick). I think next time I will use veggie oil. Will use it again without a doubt. :)

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
This was fool proof banana bread. I substituted the nuts for semi-sweet chips. I think I am going to try it again with nuts and chips. Sounds good to me. I loved it and will make this for friends and family.

Chicken Enchilada Soup I

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
I made this soup with the suggestions of reviewers. Therefore, I used left over chicken breast. 2 cans of chicken broth 1 can each of red and green enchilada sauce, 1 teaspoon each of cumin and chili powder and extra for additional flavor, 1 can of cheddar soup, 1 can of rotel original tomatoes and a half of onion. I sauteed the onions added the broth, enchilada sauces, cumin, chili powder, chicken rotel, and cheddar soup until hot. I then fried fresh tortillas for the top of the soup. It was really good. I look forward to making it again.

OMG, that was the best soup ever. I used the instructions as a guideline and went from there. I used Rotel tomatoes instead salsa. I substituted lime for lemon added avocado and cilantro. It was a party going on. You must try it.
