Gingerbread Biscotti
The taste was good, but the temp of 375 is way to high. It burned my first batch on the bottom. and I only left them in 17 minutes. Will remake the recipe again at 350 for 15 minutes like all the biscotti I make.

Candy Cane Cookies II
The cookies taste okay, but the sugar will not stay on after baking. You need to brush with egg wash and sugar before baking. I've been baking for years and should have known better. Takes 8 minutes to bake at 350.

Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake
Excellent cake. Moist and wasy to bake. I did cut the sugar down to 2 1/2 Cups. Thought it was a bit too sweet. That's my personal taste. Cake is great as is.
