Red Potato Bites

Brought to pot luck last night. Came back with empty plate. Cooked in oven more like 30 min to brown the cheese and make sure potato was cooked thoroughly. Other than that no deviation from recipe.

Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Great recipe!! Changed it a little to suit my taste. Doubled Tahini and Garlic yum yum! Very easy to make in little time. Except the time to clean the food processer. I passed that job off to fellow family member as payment for my hard work:-)

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I

Cocktail Meatballs I

YUMMY, Used frozen meatballs and cooked them in a crock pot most of the day. Served them in the evening and the sauce had thickened up perfectly. My guests loved them. I will definitely make these again.
