Bulgur Wheat with Dried Cranberries

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2011
This was wonderful! I used 1 tsp 'better than bullion' instead of the granules. I added caramelized onion along with the cranberries. I accidentally left out the butter (but had caramelized the onions in olive oil, so that brought in a bit of heart healthy fat).

Cinnamon Swirl Bread for the Bread Machine

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2013
I will definitely make this again! Like other reviewers, I doubled the filling (butter, brown sugar, cinnamon). I put pecans in one loaf and raisins in the other loaf. I also rolled it up like the picture (starting from both sides and meeting in the middle.) I baked on a cool day so it took my loaves 1 hr to double in size before baking. Delicious!!

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
My husband isn't wild about bananas but he still liked this! He said, "very refreshing!" Instead of honey, I used a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder. That chocolate / banana / peanut butter combination is yummy. A nice change from our berry smoothies. Thanks!

Winter Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2013
This was just OK. The flavors were compatable but not fantastic. I made as directed except for pre-cooking the sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were plenty tender just slicing and cooking with the rest of the ingredients. I wish I had pre-cooked the carrots though. They were a bit crunchy for my liking.
