Love to cook with my husband. We enjoy creating dishes together. Cooking is always a part of lives. Weather we are boating, camping, or watching movies on a Sunday. There is always a meal at the center of it. I enjoy baking, cooking for family events, hosting party's. I don't really have a favorite dish to cook. As long as I'm in the kitchen I'm happy. I love to cook for my family. I am constantly trying new dishes on them. My sister-in-law bake hundreds of cookies every year at christmas and give them as gifts. My biggest triumph was cooking for my daughters open house (approx 75 people).I got rave reviews and even was asked if I was available for future events. Have considered opening a small catering business with a friend. However, still working full time so no immediate plans for that yet. Thankfully I can't recall any tragedies, but certainly have had my share of failures. Not being afraid to keep trying is what makes a good cook, GREAT. I'm learning new things everyday and enjoy all my triumphs and even the failures.
