A note for a heads up for all you cooks out there!!  I see a lot of recipes with Canola oil and other oils used in them.  I personally only will use Olive, Peanut, Safflower oils for the simple reason that many of the cooking oils available today have been genetically modified. … MORE

Potato Pancakes
Loved this recipe - simple, quick and yummy == what a way to go!! I added a bit of garlic powder and parsley flakes.
