Love this recipe. I use only 2 Tbsp of butter or margerine instead of 1/2 c. and still get fabulous muffins.

Tastes more like peanut brittle pie than a chiffon peanut butter pie. Very rich.

This is quick and easy, but can be overly salty. I use low Soium soy sauce and cut back on the quantity.
