Irish Chicken and Dumplings
This turned out great! I started with two cans of cream of chicken and one of cream of mushroom (because that is what I had on hand). I also used and entire box of stock, or four cups and four cloves coursely chopped garlic. Most importantly I added my chicken frozen and simmered for two hours. I halved the biscuit recipe, it was the perfect amount and I have a large dutch oven. Make some fresh biscuits the next day for left overs. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly, it was great, but next time I may slightly reduce pepper, I thought that it may have been a little too much for my children (three and fifteen months), but they both ate it anyway! Enjoy! Also, I added two mushrooms that were about to go bad.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
With my modifications I would give it five stars. The amount of mayonnaise seemed way too much, so I cut it in half and substituted and equal amount of softened cream cheese. I then used my mixer to beat the mayo, sour cream, cream cheese and spices together. I added 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and did not add any worcestershire sauce, I just didn't feel this was the place for it. It still tasted a little too much like mayo, so I added a teaspoon of white vinegar. I then stirred in the blue cheese (6oz). Refridgerated for three hours. Fantastic! Much better than store bought.

Garlic Croutons
ummmmmm, these should be illegal! They are wonderful, and easy, and not so good for you. Have them once, then hide the recipe, till you have company.
