This is one of the best pasta sauces I've ever tasted. I halved the recipe but followed it exactly. Didn't have any trouble with curdling, separating, clumping, or not being thick enough. After I added the cheese, just as I do when I make alfredo sauce, I whisked the sauce. Thanks so much - can't wait to share this recipe!
