Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
I am pretty picky when it comes to cooking with left over chicken so I was surprised how much I enjoyed this when I made it. I used frozen pie crusts instead of baking mix and canned corn, peas, carrots and some frozen hashbrowns. For some seasoning I threw in lots of pepper, garlic powder, and some Mrs. Dash. Baked it for about 40 mins..voila! Now I need to buy more crusts to use up the extra filling I have left.

The Original All-Bran® Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
These were easy to make and did not take long to bake. I substituted applesauce for the oil and added a dash of vanilla (I love vanilla in all my baking), a shake or two of cinnamon, and a cup of raisins. My 2 yr old ate two of them as soon as they were cool enough.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
Awesome, awesome, awesome! One of the most simple and easy recipes I have come across in awhile. I have two boys under the age of 3 so this is perfect for me. I did not find it bland at all but did have to add some extra flour to make the sauce thick enough for me. I will be sharing this with all my friends.

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
Loved this recipe. Did not have all the ingredients but still turned out great. Made a much smaller batch. Did not have wine or mushrooms but used the Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion & Mushroom mix instead with vegetable broth instead of water. I cut my potatoes really large so they did not fall apart when the stew was ready. I think this is a good guide line for a yummy stew, have fun with it!

Bacon Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
This was incredibly juicy and was the first roasted chicken I ever made. Bacon was very yummy but stuck to the skin of the chicken. I would try using the bacon on a turkey breast roast too. I had a hard time spreading the butter on the skin so I would brush with olive oil next time. Also, I had to substitute with chicken broth as I was out of the beef. Looking forward to trying it with the beef broth next time. Definitely better than the roasted chickens you pick up at the hot counter at the grocery store.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
I followed this recipe very closely and it was delish. My only change was using fresh mushrooms (I think this is key). I found the poultry seasoning to be a little over powering so I will use less next time. Such a simple recipe to make any day.
