Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
I followed this recipe very closely and it was delish. My only change was using fresh mushrooms (I think this is key). I found the poultry seasoning to be a little over powering so I will use less next time. Such a simple recipe to make any day.

Bacon Roasted Chicken
This was incredibly juicy and was the first roasted chicken I ever made. Bacon was very yummy but stuck to the skin of the chicken. I would try using the bacon on a turkey breast roast too. I had a hard time spreading the butter on the skin so I would brush with olive oil next time. Also, I had to substitute with chicken broth as I was out of the beef. Looking forward to trying it with the beef broth next time. Definitely better than the roasted chickens you pick up at the hot counter at the grocery store.

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew
Loved this recipe. Did not have all the ingredients but still turned out great. Made a much smaller batch. Did not have wine or mushrooms but used the Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion & Mushroom mix instead with vegetable broth instead of water. I cut my potatoes really large so they did not fall apart when the stew was ready. I think this is a good guide line for a yummy stew, have fun with it!
