This was so much better than I thought it would be. I changed it slightly-after pouring off the grease from the bacon, I deglazed the hot stainless steel frying pan with water and a little white wine. I poured that in with the cream for more flavor, used slightly less cream and, because I had read other reviews saying the sauce was too thin, sifted about 1/2 teaspoon of flour into the cream and stirred it well before pouring cream over the chicken. It thickened it a little without making it floury tasting. I also forgot to put paprika on the meat so I stirred that into the cream too. It was really very good.
