This mango bread turned out great. I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil, and omitted the rasins. My mango was mashed. The bread had a good flavor and was moist. The walnuts and shredded coconut made the texture better.

I made this because it got so many good ratings. It was great! I made the dough in the bread machine, then rolled them out in balls and continued with the instructions. After I flattened the balls, I fried them in butter and they were great; no left overs!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

This makes really good sweet bread. I make the dough in the bread machine, then put in a pan, let it rise, then bake it. It comes out just like the popular Kings Sweet Bread that used to be baked in Hawaii.
