Broccoli Cheese Soup V
I looked at every broccoli cheese soup recipe on the site and chose this one for its simplicity of ingredients. It is a wonderful basic recipe.
Changes I made this time: added a chopped clove of garlic to the onions, only added 1 1/4 lbs Velveeta, and briefly used my immersion blender.
Next time I think I will only use 1 lb of Velveeta. Seems almost too processed-cheesy with the recipe as written.
