Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
Great soup recipe! I added more bacon because I have a family full of bacon lovers! This recipe is GREAT in the slow cooker, make sure to slightly boil the potatoes ( not to the point where they are mushy, just half way cooked) because if you don't the potatoes wont cook all the way through. Instead of adding the flour into the crockpot with the hot liquids, i warmed up chicken broth on my stove, and gradually added in flour, from there I added it into the crock pot. 1st time i made it i just through everything in..bad idea the flour became a hard ball. I LOADED my soup with lots of cheese, it was more like a potato chowder but it was soooo good, made a huge batch of soup and it was gone withen 2 days. A++++

Easy No Bake Cookies

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
These are sooo easy and ohh so yummy. I around with flavors and found that the Jello peanut butter cup and the Jello cherry cheesecake ones are my family's favorite. I chopped up a few maraschino cherries and tossed them in Before I added the oats. Very Very good! I LUV them chewy so I added a slight more butter then what this recipe calls for and i didnt boil it for 2 minutes, just until it slightly boiled over. The first time, i make Jello chocolate fudge cookies and boiled it for the 2 minutes and they turned out Hard, no one take it. All in all this recipe is delish!!!! Thankz for sharing!!

Next-Best-Thing-To-Robert-Redford Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
I actually used a graham cracker crust using butter and sugar. I cooked it in the oven on 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Once it was cooled, I used my spatula around all the sides to make it so the crust wouldn't "stick" and be hard to cut into later on. I mixed chocolate fudge and vanilla pudding together. It so soo delish that way. On the top i grated a semi-sweet baking bar on top. This is my all tim fav dessert ever =) thankz for sharing it!
