Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes

This is such a simple recipe, for GREAT sweet potatoes or yams. I started with raw sweet potatoes and believe it or not they were perfect 1 hour later. My family loved them.

Out of this World Turkey Brine

I soaked my turkey overnight, then cooked it in an oven roasting bag with broth. It was FANTASTIC!!!! Not just the best I ever cooked, but the best I've ever tasted!
