Very popular in my household and turned out fantastic!! Used by own homemade strawberry freezer jam and they were fantastic! Followed direction and did not double batch.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Fantastic....I also pan-fried the tilapia and followed the rest of the recipe exactly...thumbs up from the whole family. I love having another way to have a favorable tilapia dish. Thank you!!! side note.....best dill sauce!!!

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting

Fantastic! I did use cake mix instead of homemaking the cake, for time purposes, but this is like having one of those fantastic end of night sweets at your favortie Italian eatery

Mashed Potatoes with Fried Mushroom, Bacon, and Onion

Fantastic! My husband LOVED it.....I took the other reviewers advice and used the bacon grease to cook the onions & mushrooms and I also added a little extra ranch...A+ ......thanks!!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Great recipe....perfect blance of sause for pulled pork sandwiches. Ommitted one star because it was a little sweeter than I typically like, but with a few changes, I'm sure I can find the right balance...but my husband thought it was great and asked me to save the recipe

Tropical Pork Chops

Fantastic recipe! I was extremely hesitant to try this particular recipe (because ketchup on pork chops didn't seem right) .... but because of all of the reviews I thought why not? Very moist and my husband and I fought over the leftovers!
