I am a graphic designer living in my hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia. My wife, Laura, is the chef and I'm the baker. It works out quite nicely. I am looking into baking professionally, either part-time or full-time if I love it. Breads and desserts. Pork, chicken and turkey in my bullet smoker. Can't say my mom loves cooking but she makes some killer baked macaroni and cheese. I can make some of the best baguettes I have ever had in my home oven. Nothing is a tragedy if you learn from it.
