There were very good. I made a few tweaks and they turned out so amazing! First, I doubled the recipe and used a 9x13 pan. I scrambled up the eggs before adding to the batter. I hand mixed all the ingredients together instead of using a mixer. I also added 2 Tbl of instant espresso powder. When I poured the batter out I sprinkled in some white chocolate chips. For the frosting I also doubled the recipe. Added 2 Tbl instead of the honey and 1 Tbl of instant espresso powder. It cooked for 30 mins and turned out perfect. My family loved them.
