Spanish Flan
First time making and it was easy. Only thing some spilled when I went to put in the oven and I only had a square pan not round. I think this makes a difference for the thickness too. The taste was great and I did add an extra egg and cinn. like someone suggested. Fiance who is Puerto Rican loved the taste, but said it needed to be thicker.

Pauline Werner's Beef Stew
Made a second time and was different. Not as good as my first time. I think I put too much water. Also, I added a package of onion mix like someone suggested instead of the tomato sauce, because my Fiance said the previous one had too much of a tomato taste. It still came out delicious and I added...Sazon package with tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Very easy to make. I really enjoy cooking this dish.

Rubbed Down Pork Chops
This is a staple in my dinner now. I have made it around 4x and now make about 5 or more pork chops, and then after cooked, I add onions/mushrooms a little more water for about 8 mins then add on top of pork chops. It taste great every time I make it.
