OMG - fabulous recipe! We made this for dinner club, using butterflied leg of lamb. I marinated it about 5 hours. A keeper for sure!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

This is a delicious recipe! Like many before, I purchased beef cut for stir-fry and added the green pepper strips about 2 hours before the end of cooking. I served it over mashed potatoes (after all, it's still winter). A keeper for sure.

Award Winning Chili

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

This was the 3rd year in a row that I've made this recipe for Thanksgiving. It's the only way to make Thanksgiving potatoes for a crowd. I re-heat in my crockpot. Just be sure to allow for plenty of time to reheat (2.5 hours).

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Wow - these are great! I followed another reviewer's suggestion to cut back to 1/4 cup oil and replace the yogurt with 3/4 sour cream. I also added chopped walnuts. Fab-ulous.
