My favorite things to cook are anything breakfast, I love to cook pot pie anything. I also enjoy smoking ribs, brisket and turkey.

Smoking a turkey, ham and pork loin and having all the family over for a couple of days to enjoy it.

Fair winning snickerdoodles. I make a mean rosette my mother in law dies for.

I cannot for the life of me make a decent pot roast, no matter what lol.

Carrot Cake III
i followed this recipe as written, but omitted the pecans. used my food processor to grate the carrots. delicious!

Real Homemade Tamales
I like this recipe very much. In answer to Pat's question, I use parchment paper instead of corn husks and just fold them up. I've done it both ways and actually prefer the paper.

Fajita Marinade I
Delicious. I doubled the liquid smoke, because I like a smoky flavor and was cooking indoors. Omitted the lime juice, simply because I didnt have any. Only marinated the chicken and veggies *green and red peppers and onion* a half hour. Came out full of flavor. I will definately use this again!
