Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
Really really good! Put an onion in with the peppers and sprinkled half onion soup mix + a little extra water. ( we love onions around here) Lots of leftovers so it makes it way worth the price of the meat. Had sandwiches twice and quasadillas With the rest. Lots of ways you could use the leftover meat. Cheese steak pizza??!

Three Cheese Baked Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
It was really good. I did just use an entire 16oz sour cream and some bites were a bit overpowering. Next time I will measure according to directions.

Vegetable Pizza I

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
Really good. Easy to make and makes a lot of servings. I substitute sour cream for the mayo since we hate mayo and add green onions. Don't bother with the tomatoes and use big and flaky cresents so the crust holds up with all those veggies

Very Good! Made these for a bridal shower and I got a lot of compliments. I have tried with jared pesto and shredded italian cheese blend for the top. Great flavor. F.Y.I to make the crostini you can brush both sides with EVOO, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake or broil in oven. They keep really well so you can make the toast a day ahead and keep in a ziplock bag until your ready to add the toppings. Perfect party food.

Super BLT

Very good. I toast those sandwich thins instead of bread, cook bacon in the oven for ease, and sometimes mix in garden/veggie cream cheese for more flavor. Yum.

Nikol's Garlic Bruschetta

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
good recipe...I needed something quick to take to a church thing on a weeknight. I used canned tomatoes to cut down on time. The spread cheese is good on this, although you can use a cheaper brand with the same results. I might consider making the tomato mixture way in advance, we had leftovers and the mixture tasted better the next day. I put tiny cubes of mozzarella on top for looks and flavor. If your not eating right away I would suggest you make sure the toast is very hard...the tomato mixture will seep into the toast and make it softer.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
Husband wont let me make any other kind of meatloaf! Great. I add a little more cheese, onion and cook some extra ketchup/sauce in a small sauce pan for dipping. Don't be afraid of the cooking oats, they really hold them together so if you like firm meatloaves you can add more and it doesnt alter the taste at all.
