Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
Delicious!!! Very filling and heavy, but enchiladas usually are. I followed the recipe exactly, but next time will try the crock pot for the chicken. The chicken was difficult to shred, but I think in the crock pot it would be much softer.

Carly's Salmon En Papillote (In Paper)

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2013
So very good! No parchment paper at our local grocery store, so I used foil without any issues. Next time, I will add more asparagus as it came out so delicious and tender! Most definitely will make this recipe on a weekly basis. Thanks!!!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
excellent!! Definitely go with fresh basil, the dry stuff has no flavor. I used crushed croutons instead of the bread crumbs. Also, I did season the chicken with garlic salt and onion powder. Over all a very good chicken recipe!!

Bowties with Italian Sausage in a Cream Basil Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2013
Very delicious! Omitted the red pepper (due to picky five year old) and used finely diced Johnson's cheese Italian Sausage. Also, used heavy cream instead of light cream (no light cream available). Definitely an indulgence, but delicous

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2014
Use the "Cajun seasoning recipe" from this website, rather than store bought. You won't regret it. Also, used a mix of ground pork, beef and veal (a meatloaf mix) which made the meatballs even more tender. I bake them at 375 for 30-40 minutes. My family likes them plain, but you can add a red or white sauce after they're cooked. Absolutely the best meatballs I've ever cooked.

Potato and Bean Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
delicious and quite filling! I added some enchilada sauce to the potato and bean mix. Also, i substituted mexican mix cheese for the queso fresco. Also, there were no tomatillo at my local store, so used salsa verde as suggested by others. Fantastico !!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
Tasty, but not "out of this world". I did use Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, but omitted the Italian. Still it was a little to much sauce for our taste.

Lemon Chicken Piccata

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2013
Made it as is except, I added some white wine to the sauce. In addition, I only boiled the lemon for a small amount of time. In addition, I cut my chicken into strips. Very good and will make again!

Best Chicken Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
This was very bland and came out dry. Will not make again. To be fair, I did omit the butter. Maybe if I give it another chance, I will make it with the butter.

Followed the recipe exactly as was written and found it to be incredibly bland! My family hated it and I threw it away! What a waste
