Chicken El Dermie Le Hermie

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2003
Quick and EASY! I used a little melted butter instead of oil and seasoned salt instead of garlic salt along with fresh cracked pepper. My kids LOVED it :)

Cookie in a Jar

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2003
I gave this as a gift to more than a dozen people last holiday season......along with a big wooden spoon and some hot pads. Everyone LOVED it! I have since tried to keep a few containers of the mix in my own kitchen for quick and easy cookies.......this is a keeper recipe!!!!!

Four Seasons Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2001
This is one of the best enchilada recipes I have found. My kids don't like enchilada sauce which make this recipe perfect! It's quick, it's easy, you can use whatever meat you like.

Chinese Fried Noodles

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2005
YUM! Quick and easy...I did cook all the veggies together to speed things up a bit. Next time I make this one I will use one seasoning packet (maybe a little less) and low sodium soy sauce. Anything that my picky teenage boys will eat stays on the menu in my kitchen! Throw in whatever veggies or meat you have on hand and make it a meal in a bowl :)

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2001
These muffins are very moist and delicious. The crumb topping is tasty, but a little out of place on banana muffins. The muffin recipe is a definate keeper although next time I would leave the crumb topping off.

Pudding Chocolate Chippers

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2006
These were good (not as great as I thought they would be which is why I gave it a neutral rating)...a little on the sweet side for me...I like trying different recipes, this one qualifies as different :)

Mimi's Slumgullion

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2004
My husband and my two picky boys LOVED this recipe! Anything that those three will all eat is a KEEPER recipe!!!! I sauted the onions and bell pepper long enough so that I would be sure it was nice and soft. I used 1/2 tsp of seasoned salt instead of regular salt, only used 1/4 tsp of pepper and added 1/2 tsp of garlic pwdr and a couple of splashes of a good german beer. Oh, and I only used about 2 tbs of oil instead of 1/4 cup. YUM!!!!!

Mom's Ginger Snaps

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2004
These were good.......not great, but better than just ok. I decreased the cloves to 1/4 tsp and increased the ginger to 1 1/2 tsp. My first batch came out burnt, so I lowered my oven temp to 350 and only baked for about 8-9 min. My kids are happily munching away on these cookies.
