i prepared this for dinner and was surprised how good it was. i did make a few changes. instead of seasoning salt i used lemon pepper seasoning. i did season the chicken and then the skin( I used a whole chicken). i also placed a whole lemon cut in half inside the chicken. i then placed it in the crock pot for 5 hours on low. i then separated the chicken from the broth it made and placed the chicken in a baking dish and placed in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.(your chicken will fall apart because it is sooooo tender, so be careful). well i take the chicken out of the oven i then pour the juice back on the chicken. yummy
