Stuffed Pepper Soup IV

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2010
This is an excellent, easy recipe! I can't eat onions, so I substituted with garlic. I love a thick stew, and so I threw the rice in without cooking it first. YUM!! I will definitely make this again!

Faux-reos

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
We didn't like these cookies... WE LOVED THEM! They turned out great! I used the Faux-reo frosting and I couldn't have been happier. Neither could my family. This makes a TON of cookies, so next time I will halve the recipe. 8 minutes was the perfect time to cook for me. They were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Thanks for such an outstanding recipe!!

Baked Fried Eggplant

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
My family and I agree that this is just ok. The sour cream gives it an overwhelmingly funky taste (yes, we used fresh sour cream :). Even though we greased our cookie sheet, every piece stuck to the bottom.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
This was AWESOME!! I made this for my in-laws and the entire topic of conversation at the table was how good this soup is! I did make some adjustments based on personal tastes. I used spicy Italian sausage instead of sweet and it really gave the soup a nice, subtle kick. I don't like onions, my husband doesn't like zucchini, and my father-in-law doesn't like carrots. SO. I just put the tomatoes, two cups of frozen corn, and two cups of frozen green beans. It was great! I can't thank you enough for this recipe. :-)
