Creamy Rice Pudding

I made a lower calorie version of this recipe. I substituted 1/3 cup granulated splenda for the sugar, substituted 1/2 tsp butter extract for the butter, used skim milk, and left out the raisins. I also used short grain rice. This version has about 1/2 the calories of the original version. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out excellent!
