I came across this recipe exactly 15 days ago, and since then, I have made this salsa 4 times!!! I consider myself a bit of a salsa connoisseur, and I honestly think this may be the best salsa I've ever had!!! I was hesitant to use canned tomatoes, but it worked wonderfully. The salsa tastes so fresh! I did cut back slightly on the onion, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. Trust me, you will become addicted! p.s. The cumin and vinegar are key! Don't skip these ingredients!

This is an excellent sandwich!!! I made this recipe exactly as written, minus the mustard spread. I made this primarily for my husband because I've never been a fan of steak sandwiches, but this recipe changed my mind! The meat is so tender and the au jus is rich and flavorful. Way better than a traditional french dip. Finally, wrapping the sandwich in foil and baking is the key. The bread gets just a little crunchy, and the cheese blends so well on this sandwich. Outstanding!

Yum! I've been wanting to make quinoa for awhile now because I've read so much about the health benefits. This recipe was so easy to make and turned out delicious! I wanted to serve this as a cold salad, so I let it chill for awhile and also added fresh lime juice to it. So fresh! Because some reviewers mentioned the quinoa got soggy, I kept my eye on it, and only cooked it 12-15 minutes (serving for 5). This will definitely be a summer staple for me. (I did try this warm, and it was very good served warm too. I just prefer it as a cold salad).

This recipe was pretty average. I even boosted up the garlic, onion, and lemon juice and it was still lacking a bit. I was hesitant to add the crumbled feta at the end, but it ended up being the best part of the meal. It was an alright dinner, but probably won't make it again.

These are HOT!!!! They have a spicy, smokey flavor that goes well with the bacon. I used a fraction of the amount of pepper, and it was still too hot for us. We used sour cream to temper the heat. Fresh cilantro and lots of lime are key to this recipe.

This is one of the best recipes I have found on Allrecipes.com. I made the recipe exactly as is, except I used spicy V-8 for the tomato juice. I was never a huge fan of lentils, but this soup has changed my mind! Delicious!!!

This recipe is very popular at our house! I took the advice of another reviewer and always toss the pasta in the sour cream. It works wonderfully. I also don't seem to use two full jars of sauce, but I do save the leftover sauce, so I can moisten the ziti when I reheat the leftovers. Thank you so much for a GREAT recipe!

I've made this recipe with turkey kielbasa, but my husband prefers it with italian sausage. Obviously not healthy, but has a much better flavor. I use the pepper and onion mix from the frozen food section to save time. I also add a can of crushed tomatoes (italian style), and then serve it on hard rolls. Quick and easy recipe, and quite tasty!

This recipe has quickly become a staple in our home!!! My husband even loves it, and he isn't crazy about Mexican food. I was leary about the cottage cheese, but you would never know its in there. These enchiladas are better than many that I've gotten in Mexican restaurants. I took the advice of some of the reviewers and added sauce to the bottom of the dish. I couldn't believe all the rave reviews this recipe got, because tihere are hardly any ingredients in it. But boy was everyone right!!! THis salad is absolutely delicious. I made it for the first time Christmas day, and my family LOVED it. I used toasted walnuts instead of almonds because it is what I had on hand. I also attempted to half the sugar, but everyone agreed it needed the full amount to balance the vinegars. The salad doesn't require a lot of dressing, so don't worry about the sugar! My husband, who isn't so crazy about salad, has asked me to make this several times now. Try it!!! You won't be sorry!!!! :)

Whoa!!! THis was GOOD! I took the suggestion to cut the cayenne pepper in half, but ended up marinating the meat longer than called for (for about 4 hours). The meat was very spicy, but absolutely delicious. The sour cream and onion were perfect with it. I served it on warmed Greek pita bread. The next time I make it, I will use a lower sodium bouillon (because this was a bit on the salty side), use 1/4 of the cayenne pepper, but will marinate it for 4 hours. The meat came out so tender! I wish I had bought more steak, because I'd make it again tomorrow!!!

Yum! I used the fat free condensed milk so they weren't too sweet. Will definitely try different ingredients for variety, although the cranberry chocolate chip was very good! Want to try peanut butter. Will definitely be making these for grab-n-go breakfasts, and would be great to take camping too!
