OMG this was the best fish I ever cooked! I did add salt and pepper to the fish before adding the lemon and the butter - and I did press the garlic and rubbed it on the fish - and cooked it at 375 for like 30 minutes (my stove is old...) this was so tasty. I was so proud of myself! and the boyfriend loved it too! thank you !!!
