Lemon Bread

Very good and Yummy!! i did add one more tablespoon of lemon juice to the batter (3) and added some poppyseeds. Make it..you will be happy!

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

This is a great healthy bread. I am a runner, so I like healthy recipes and this is one I give 5 stars. You dont need a breadmaker..so its easy! It is awesome right out of the oven. Its great with natural peanut butter...great snack before a run!!

Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts

Great Flavor and Easy to make!! My friend who never likes chicken (cuz its to blah for him) had 2 chicken breasts!! This is also very healthy, so perfect for losing those holiday pounds! I would highly recommend making this recipe...Oh..marinate for about a half hour to an hour (depending on how much flavor you want) and poke the chicken breasts so the marinade can soak in..Enjoy!

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

Very Yummy and very healthy!! I just added some basil leaves to it, other than that I followed the recipe to a tee! I would recommend doubleling this recipe if you are making it for more than 2 people.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

WOW!! To die for! I am not a big ginger cookie fan...but holy cow, these are good! Perfect for the fall..winter months! Made my house smell sooo good! Make them, you will love them!

Heavenly White Cake

Im hooked! I will never make a box cake ever agin! This is sooo good with my famous chocolate frosting! Its a very moist cake (which i add 1 1'2 cups of milk and a little extra almond extract). I make mine in a 13*9 inch pan and bake it for 45 mins (till the middle isnt liquid anymore). It may vary depending on the oven..THE BEST CAKE!!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

The best combo..Peanut butter and Chocolate chips..YUMMY. This recipe was the best PB C.Chip recipe I have ever made. I brought these into work and they were gone within 20 mins...everyone wanted the recipe! Mouthwatering!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Heavenly Angel Food Cake

This was soo easy to make and sooo good! Try it...you will never go back to an already made cake..you will want to make this again!! I had mine with homemade whipping cream and pineapple..Yummy and not fattening!

WOW!!! MELT IN YOUR MOUTH YUMMY!! Use good quality chocolate..it makes it that much better! So easy. I did not put the rum in... Doesn't need it!! It takes 2 seconds to make...Put it on anything!!

Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

Very yummy and easy to make! It is a nice "quick" easy way to have "homemade" cinnamon rolls. I did add an extra 1/2 cup of flour to make the dough form better. Other than that, I followed the recipe to a tee. Enjoy!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Very good, rich cookie! Its a five star recipe if you add 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp of vanilla. Brought them into work this morning and they were gone within a half hour...oh and cook them for 8 minutes.,if you want them more brownie like..(soft)...enjoy!

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

I thought this was very good, but it isn't the "exact" recipe for Irish soda bread, so thats why i gave it 4 stars. Other than that I would recommend making it! I did add a little more sugar (i have a sweet tooth) and let the the batter sit for a half hour in my fridge before putting it in the pan and baking it. Enjoy!

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

VERY YUMMY! If you like chocolate, you have to make this! The only negative comment I have is t needed to be less buttery and im not quite sure how to do that without ruining the cake. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know. But seriously still a good cake. Worth Making!!!!!!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were good, but not 5 star worthy. I have had better Choc. Chip Cookies than these. You have to like more of a cake like cookie (flour tasting) to like these. I actually liked the cookie dough more than the cookie itself once it was baked. Everyone at my work agreed that they weren't Perfect..fine...but not special..

Cream Puffs

These are very yummy, but only put 2 or 3 eggs in. 4 eggs is way to eggy! I have made them with chocolate pudding too and drizzled choc. sauce on top. Just make sure to poke them when they come out of the oven (20 mins) so they don't fall. Super easy and really fast to make!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

VERY YUMMY!! if you like Chocolate and Peanut butter you will like these!! I only used 1/2 cup of butter and they turned out great. I also made a little more choc. PB sauce and drizzled it over the top....oh and it only took me 15 minutes to make!
