Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
I've made this recipe with regular mustard and a honey mustard, and I prefer it with a slightly spicy honey mustard. I cook this often! Thank you!

Pork Chops with Pears

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
This is my boyfriend's favorite dish. I add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon to the pears when they're almost cooked. I don't find the pears to be soggy at all and the sauce tastes great drizzled over rice!

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
I find this dish to be tasty and re-heats well the next day as a left over. I do make the stuffing first, as suggested in the reviews and then sprinkle it on the top.

Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
We love these pork chops! I don't change a single ingredient and they always come out moist and tasty. I do keep them covered for 90% of their baking time though.

Grandma's Gingerbread Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
I love these pancakes! I made a small mistake when I first made them and added 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda....but, the pancakes turned out great and fluffy. Thanks so much!

Mozechilli Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
This is a great recipe that's quick and easy to make! I only add some additional spices to my sauce to make it a bit more flavorful. It takes well to freezing and re-heating.
