This was just like my grandma's recipe (that she never wrote down). Delish!

This was delish!! My family loved it! It was so creamy and yummy. The sauce was scrumptious on the homemade dumplings. I will make this again and again! Thank you!

No Eggplant Moussaka

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2005
This was delicious! I didn't have the 90 mins. it calls for to bake, so I cheated and precooked the potatoes a little in the microwave (slice them first). I also cut the amount of onion to a 1/2 an onion as my family isn't big into onions. I did squeeze a garlic clove into the butter/onion mix to add a bit more flavor. This does take a bit of assembly, but is so delicious and easy. And I love that it only called for regular ingredients that anyone would have on hand (if they are trying to find a recipe to use ground lamb). My family loved it!

Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini Deluxe

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2003
I didn't read the reviews before making this recipe first. I didn't pay attention to how much it made. We have tons of leftovers! I ended up using wide egg noodles as I had them on hand. I didn't add the additional 2 cups of water because the chicken broth was already watery enough. It makes me wonder if the gal who posted this recipe intended to put chicken broth granuals or something for all the water that it calls for. Anyway, I omitted it on my own. I suggest using less sherry. I used Marsala wine and it gave was too much flavor. I can imagine the same would happen with cooking sherry. And we omitted the peppers as my husband hates them. Overall, we'll have it again. But will cut the recipe in 1/2, use little or no wine/sherry, no additional water after the broth, and will leave out the peppers.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2001
We made the sauce and instead of baking the chicken, grilled it outside. What a delicious sauce to baste the grilled chicken with. Our family highly recommends this recipe! One thing my hubby added was a tad bit of jalapeno juice (from pickled jalapeno's) to spice it up a little. I didn't really notice it.

Lemon Chicken II

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2001
My family loved this! The only change I made was to cut the chicken in bite size pieces before frying it. This recipe is delicious. It will certainly become a frequent family favorite!
