Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This is awesome! I did decrease the vinegar by half based on other reviews. Have tried this in the oven and today I tried it in the crockpot with skinless thighs. I doubled the sauce so we would have extra to go on rice. I's great either way!

Frozen Mocha Marbled Loaf

This is soo yummy! It is very satisfying on a hot summer day. I did substitute frozen whipped topping for the whipping cream, still turned out great. How can you miss with oreo's, coffee and chocolate!

Creme Brulee French Toast

I have made this several times now and it always turns out fabulous. A couple of times I used 2% milk because I didn't have any half & half....still delicious. I also have just waited until the morning to make up and pop in the oven...and skipped the overnight in the fridge. Very forgiving. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Iced Mocha Fusion Shake

Just like you get at the coffee hut! I substituted a couple Tbs. of french vanilla coffee creamer for the sugar and the vanilla extract. Very satisfying and yummy.

Caramel Popcorn

I made this for our New Years Eve party last night and was the first munchie to go. I cheated and used two bags of micro popcorn and cooked my syrup in the microwave too. It came out great! I was out of foil, so I just sprayed my pans with Pam and didn't have any problems with it. I added a can of mixed nuts too. Yummy!

Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2001
This made a HUGE loaf of bread! I used the dough feature on my bread machine and then finished in the oven. Did need to add a little extra flour to the knead cycle, it was a little to sticky. It was delicious right out of the oven! This is now our favorite bread!
