Chicken Chimichangas
I added green pepper to the rice mix and after the rice set up- also added the rest of the can of enchilada sauce. I added some garlic powder too. I tasted it before rolling them up and the mix is SO good! This recipe makes ALOT. It made 10 huge chimichangas. I took the advice from other suscribers and am baking it right now in the oven! Can wait to try it with all the fixings! :) Yum!

Molasses Cookies II
I added the 2 eggs and reduced the salt, used butter instead of shortening, doubled the recipe and heaped my spices and these cookies were AHHH-MAZING! Our oven bakes/cooks slightly hotter so I reduced the heat to 325 and cooked for 14 min and they are perfectly cracked and puffy and chewy at the same time!!! 5 stars all around. I may even double the spices next time- I like mine a little more spicy!:)

Michael's Foccacia Bread
This recipe is FAR too salty- I wished I would've read all the reviews or at least 10 of them before making this. It smelled amazing while cooking but 1 whole TBSP of kosher salt when it already has salt in the mix plus all that cheese on top- made it over bearing. I had added garlic powder, a bit of oregano and dried rosemary. I also used whole wheat flour. I would attempt this recipe again but completely alter it. Also do not add the whole 5 cups of flour- it was a bit too dry. Add as you go- and see how much you actually need. Otherwise I think it would've turned out great- I didn't let it rise long enough I don't think either because everyone else said they let it rise 40+ minutes! I did the required 20 and it wasn't long enough. Sigh oh well- if I sprinkle off all the toppings really well and put cut it up into strips like bread sticks and dip it into marinara or spaghetti sauce its- mangeable:)
