My favorite things to cook
* Tomato Basil Bisque * Spring Rolls with grilled marinated beef * Eggs benedict
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving is a big deal and ever since I was a little girl, my mom has always invited Military singles and young families to our Thanksgiving celebration.
My cooking triumphs
My 12 year old daughter is a celebrity kid chef, cookbook author, and radio show host! http://www.kidchefeliana.com
My cooking tragedies
I once nearly burned down the kitchen by leaving frying oil unattended. It was Mardi Gras and all the fire trucks were at parades. After my fire extinguisher ran out, the fire kept reigniting because the stove could not be turned off. All the knobs had melted. I finally doused the fire with 5 pounds of grits!
