Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

Excellent recipe! I had NEVER even attempted tortillas before. My first try resulted in a good tasting flat bread, but it wasn't a tortilla. My second try was great though! I LOVE these tortillas. I see no reason to ever buy from a store again, my husband helps me whip these up and we divide them up and freeze some so they last us quite a while.

Italian Wheat Rolls

I love this recipe! We use for both dinner rolls and sandwich rolls. I only gave it four starts though, because as written, it is too bitter for my taste. I really think it needs just a tad more sugar. I half the recipe and use my kitchenaid to mix and knead. I use the full amount of sugar though, and it turns out great!

Soft Caramel Corn

My husband and I stumbled across this recipe about two years ago and it has become a huge favorite for us. We make a point to always have the ingredients on hand and I can bribe to do just about anything with the promise of this wonderful treat! Make sure to read the carefully- if you use too much sweetened condensed milk it won't turn out right. It's not an exact science- we eyeball from the can and sometimes use a little extra because we like the caramel pretty soft. We also don't use a thermometer- the first time or two use the water trick, after that we are able to just tell by how long it had cooked and how it looked. This is a very easy recipe- just follow it closely and enjoy!

Texas Glazed Pecans

I made these with the husband and they turned out great! We followed the recipe exactly except that we didn't have a full pound of pecans. We had friends over and they devoured them; we are making them again to give as gifts for christmas.
