Honey Cranberry Oat Bread
Great recipe for a healthy bread. What I did was double it, sub 3 cups wholewheat flour and 2 cups reg white for the 5C flour, cut the honey to 1 1/4, added 5T of ground flax and put it into 2 loaf pans and 1 med (normal sized) cupcake tin for muffins. I cooked the muffins for 30 min and the bread for 45. Both came out lovely, but muffins were a bit dry and needed butter. Overall, the bread was better and more moist. I will make both again.

Pumpkin Joes
There is nothing wrong with this recipe. If you taste it at the end and it's bland, it's because you can't cut the hot sauce. Even if you hate spicy food you have to add a little to bring out the flavors of everything that's in it. I cut the recipe in half, doubled the Worcestershire sauce, used 1 can of celery soup and added about 1/8t dried cayenne pepper to it in place of the hot sauce. I have a very low tolerance to spice, but this small amount was fine, I just borrowed it from my roommate. Even with the hot pepper it had no fire at all.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Great, easy recipe (made pumpkin cupcakes). My only issue was that my frosting came out thick, not fluffy. So I added 1 cup more of confectioners sugar and 2T water to it and it was great. Will use again.
