I was honestly suprised as to how good this pizza dough was! I added some italian seasonings to the dough mixture. It came out nice and thick! I used all purpose flour. Toppings....fresh grated moz cheese, sweet italian sausage and mushrooms! Should have made more :)

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
Turned out great! Hint.....make just before you need the sauce. I was silly and thought I would heat it up a bit in the microwave just before serving...the egg cooked and ruined it :( Started over.....it was really good.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
So easy. This recipe is my first for pretzels. Letting the dough rise on warm oven please so much. I made pretzel dogs. I bought some apple chicken sausage and wrapped them in the dough. Dropped them in the baking soda mixture one at a time, for about 30 seconds, then baked! Great game day food! Everyone loved them!

Enchilada Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
These were excellent and very easy. I added a package of taco seasoning to the meat mixture, for some extra flavor. Will make time and time again!Great party appetizer. I used spicy rotel tomato sauce. Take the time to bake your own cornbread. Second time I made them, i used store bought cornbread....way to moist, the meatballs did not cook right.

Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
Juicy, Spicy, and Perfect. It was even better re-heated the next day watching football! I added a can of beef broth, can of water, and a package of french onion soup, put it on low in the crockpot for about 8 hours....the meat was falling off. This is a must for football parties! I also bought some french onion bread from the bakery....perfect match! Enjoy!
