I have made this pie for years! It's a hit every time. I moved recently, and I find it doesn't turn out in my new oven. The oven has top and bottom coils (where as my old only had bottom) and I've tried baking it at different positions in the oven. For some reason, the crust is always burnt to a crisp and the inside is very liquidy, which it isn't when I've made it before. The oven cookes everything else beautifully... why is it picking on this yummy pie? It's happened twice in a row. Suggestions please!
