World's Best Lasagna
Five stars from me ! This recipe lives up to its name . Follow the recipe, don't cut corners and you will be impressed.... this IS the best lasagna I've ever had...yummy

Fruit 'n' Honey Granola
Ooh! this was good. I didn't have the flax seed and wheat germ (will buy next time) but I added dried mango, pineapple, apricots, raisins, and chopped almonds. I toasted the almonds and oats for 15 minutes then added the dried fruits and cooked for another 15 minutes. Also, it is imperative to let the granola cool COMPLETELY before handling. Otherwise it will be too crumbly like cereal. If you leave it to cool, it will harden and then you can break it up to suit your own needs. Overall,great taste and highly addictive!!

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls
I followed the recipe to a T and it was very good. I used as many toothpicks as needed to hold the breasts together and keep the cheese from overly oozing out during baking. Don't be afraid to use alot. When the breasts are cooked simply remove all of them before serving. One important note: Do season the raw chicken breasts with some extra salt and black pepper because overall the chicken itself tasted under-seasoned. The only thing carrying the flavor was the cheese and the ham. Other than that, the recipe is a good one and a keeper.
