Chef John's Chili Chocolate Cookies
This recipe was very unique! When I first made them and the cookies were warm I was not too impressed, but after they cooled off and the next day YUM!! They were amazing! I think next time I make them I will try adding another 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper per recipe. I made a double batch and that was a good amount to bring into work and to keep some home, so if you plan to bake them to share I would recommend a double batch. I also did not have regular Kahlua and only had Spiced Cinnamon Kahlua and it worked out great. I will be keeping this recipe for sure!

Clone of a Cinnabon
I made two batches of these for the first time yesterday and they were sooo good! My husband brought them to work and they were gone in seconds and everyone loved them. I put my ingredients in our bread maker in the order of liquids-dry-then yeast. I pressed the dough/pasta cycle and just let it work it's magic. Make sure you roll out the dough very even. I hear people saying to dump them out and let all the gooeyness run back into them. I let ours sit in the pan and rise for about 1 hour or until they were almost as high as the pan before baking. I think sitting them for 30minutes wouldn't be near enough time. My turn out so most and big there is no room for the goo to run out. I also added raisins and crushed walnuts to mine when sprinkling on the brownsugar and cinnamon. I make them all the time and people tell me they are the best rolls they have ever had

Szechwan Shrimp
We really enjoyed this dish. I made a few changes for our tastes and it was great. I didn't use cornstarch and I used olive oil instead of veg oil. I also put in 1tsp of crushed red pepper for more spice. I added 1tbsp of Low Fat Newman's Own Sesame Ginger dressing, a cup of mushrooms, and a few splashes of red wine vinegar.
