Chocolate Crinkles II
I followed the recipe exactly and they came out delicious! The dough IS very sticky no matter what, but dropping it directly in the sugar and then rolling it into balls worked beautifully. I took another reviewer's advice and baked them 2 inches from the heat and they crackled nicely.

Chocolate Oatmeal Chocolate Chips Cookies
I made these yesterday for my family and for my husband to take to work for his department. They were a hit across the board. My kids loved them, my husband's sailors ate them super quickly, and I agree that they are delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and only dipped the top in sugar as was suggested by one other reviewer. I will make this consistently in the future. Thanks for a delicious cookie!

Biscochitos Traditional Cookies
I'd actually rate these closer to 5 stars if I made them with lard, but I just don't like the smell of lard, so I used shortening instead. As a native New Mexican, biscochitos mean Christmas to me. I never really knew how my grandma made her version, but these are pretty darn close. Delicious recipe- thanks for sharing! My only piece of advice is to not overwork the dough- biscochito dough is supposed to be crumbly and this one is- it seems like it needs more liquid, but don't add it- the crumbly dough leads to flaky delicious cookies. Also, I rolled mine in the cinnamon sugar after baking since that is what my grandmother always did.
