Great, but for a low fat dill sauce replace mayo with plain yogurt.

Filipino Lumpia

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
Great recipe, very close to the orginal recipe that was taught to me as a child. The only change that I would make is to add bakchoy cabbage and cilantro both finely chopped. The trick is to make sure that all ingredents are minced in food processor and then add ground pork. I find that using 1 pound of pork and 2 pounds of veggies balances the rolls. This is a family and gathering favorite!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
Made this for a Christmas side dish and was disappointed by the lack of flavor. Read the reviews and added more cheese (mix of colby and cheddar). Sliced the potatoes thinner for a more Au Gratin taste not a casserole. Overall was ok but will work on this recipe.
