Breakfast Casserole III
I made this exactly as it was written and I agree that it called for a little too much potato, so I did maybe four the next time. I got a little impatient waiting for them to cool enough to peel them, so now I use either red or gold potatoes. No peeling necessary and it's extra delicious. My kids love it! Also, I poke the potatoes with a fork and microwave them for about 12 minutes (for smaller potatoes, probably close to 10 of them) and then I can chop them up promptly and cook them with the butter and onion.

Alligator Animal Italian Bread
I made this last weekend to go with my zoo themed meal. It tasted great and it made it so simple to have my bread machine do the mixing. Next time I will try to get my dough a bit stickier, I think. The parts didn't quite grow together and the eyes fell off, but I think with practice it will turn out better. I just stuck it together with toothpicks and it looked fine. :) I've never even made a regular Italian bread before, so I'm happy to have this recipe for a simple loaf.

Prosciutto and Parmesan Pinwheels
I thought the flavor was really good, but the bread tasted a little undercooked. Anyone know what I might have done wrong? Still quite good.
