Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
YUMMO!!! I mixed some of the onions and all the cheese in the beans...than topped with more onions about 5 minutes before I toook it out. I used more onions than called for in the recipe and I also added a little garlic powder. Thanks for the recipe:)

Grandma Oma's Pickled Okra

The recipe was easy to follow. I did add garlic and sugar like others have suggested. I also added some mustard seed and used 1/2 white and 1/2 cider vinegar.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
I have never followed a recipe for meatloaf in my life, and I probably never will again!!!! I followed this recipe along with others suggestions of cooking the onion first, adding Worchestershire sauce and garlic. Very dissapointed. Did NOT like the kethcup/brown sugar topping at all!! I normally just use plain ketchup and will from here on out! Thanks for posting Mrs. Janet, but this recipe was not for me:)

Meatball Nirvana

Reviewed: May 10, 2012
I make these often in double batches and freeze some to have on hand! Excellent meatballs. I always make them as this recipe states but am planning on trying the 1/2 ground beef 1/2 pork and ricotta cheese suggestions one reviewer had some day! These are also excellent in cream of mushroom soup over egg noodles;)

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
My new most favorite potato salad recipe!!! I only made minor changes...I cut the taters before I cooked and cooled them in water (for time) I used the Oscar Myer real bacon bits instead of frying bacon for convienence sake and I used 1 cup of mayo and 1 cup of sour cream. I also added a little more than one stalk of celery for more crunch!!! AWESOME recipes..thanks!!! Oh yeah...I used green onions too!!
