AMAZING! I added about a cup of diced green pepper, an extra tsp of hot pepper flakes, a small can of tomato sauce, and substituted one can of tomato soup for chopped tomatoes (as others reccomended). This chili was definitly one of the best I've had and I'll be making it again soon. The only problem is that the recipe is too small! Double it if you want to have some left over, or feed more than 3 people. You will want seconds of this, garaunteed. The slow-cooker really brings everything together and it thickens up toward the end, don't worry if it looks too liquidy during the first few hours of cooking.
