Hot Pizza Dip
Definitely a must if you are a fan of chips & dip. I added about 1/2 tsp italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes and cooked it all in the oven for about 20 minutes. Also I subbed pizza cheese (that's what it's called in the store) for the mozz and parm. I used mini pepperoni and, like other users encouraged, microwaved it for about 3 minutes to get some of the grease out. THAT IS A MUST! All said and done, this is an awesome dip that I will definitely be adding to my rotation.

Apple Hermits
These cookies were incredibly soft and delicious! Only one problem - double the recipe if you want them to last! I soaked my raisins in water for about 2 hours before adding them to the dough and I'm glad I did, prior to adding them the dough seemed really dry - so adding the soaked raisins seemed to give the dough the extra bit of moisture it needed.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
AMAZING! I added about a cup of diced green pepper, an extra tsp of hot pepper flakes, a small can of tomato sauce, and substituted one can of tomato soup for chopped tomatoes (as others reccomended). This chili was definitly one of the best I've had and I'll be making it again soon. The only problem is that the recipe is too small! Double it if you want to have some left over, or feed more than 3 people. You will want seconds of this, garaunteed. The slow-cooker really brings everything together and it thickens up toward the end, don't worry if it looks too liquidy during the first few hours of cooking.
