About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
Trying to microwave two boneless, skinless chicken breasts using Shake & Bake. Followed directions and wound up with two small blackened meteorites. Overcooked chicken in a deep frier, wound up with chicken jerky.

Breakfast Crisp
I used three cups of Rice Krispies instead of oatmeal and added an extra egg. There wasn't anything left after breakfast, not even crumbs

Macaroni Gratinee
This was definitely well liked by my entire family. I modified the recipe to use what I had on-hand. I used Campbells Tomato soup instead of tomato sauce, two cans of diced tomatos instead of one and added a small can of finely chopped mushrooms. After assembling the mixture, I baked it at 350 for 50 minutes. I then put a four cheese blend of shredded cheese on top and baked for an additional 10 minutes. I let this rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Classic Meatloaf
I tried this recipe for the first time, looking for something new. This recipe is without a doubt, a G R A N D S L A M! I've made meatloaf before and never had it taste this good! This certainly a WOW for dinner. Even our four year old picky eater cleaned her plate.
